Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple

Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple

Overview

Pineapples are in season right now, so not eating more is not in line with my usual foodie style, haha😄 Pineapples are not only sweet and sour, they are also great in dishes. The dishes made always feel particularly refreshing and the color is beautiful.

Steps

  1. Process the chicken breasts, cut into flowers, then cut into bite-size pieces. One piece of chicken at a time is enough for an average family to make this dish.

  2. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, ginger slices, beat in an egg, and mix gently. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for more than an hour.

  3. Process the pineapple and soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes (it doesn’t need to be so precise, it will probably work)

  5. Take out the marinated chicken, pick out the ginger slices, and add two tablespoons of fried powder (flour sweet potato powder can also be used, you can add it slowly, stirring gently while adding) until every piece of chicken is coated with fried powder, and there is no excess powder or sauce in the bowl. Do not add water. After the oil is hot, fry them piece by piece in the pan over medium heat. Remember to explode again.

  6. Add a little oil to the pot, sauté onions and carrots, add green and red peppers and pineapple, add a little boiling water and season. Add a little tomato paste. If the pineapple you buy is very sour, add some sugar; if it is not sour, add some vinegar.
