Carrot and Blackcurrant Toast
Overview
The carrot toast I made this time reduced the sugar, added healthy olive oil, and added a little black currant, which not only increased the flavor of the bread, but also increased the nutrition of the bread, making this toast healthier to eat.

Ingredients for making carrot juice: carrots.
-
Dice the carrots.

Add to the cup and bucket of the soymilk machine.
-
Add water, close the lid, and start the soy milk machine.
-
This is the carrot juice that has been ground and left to cool.
-
Ingredients for making medium-sized dough: bread flour, carrot juice, high-sugar resistant yeast powder.
-
Add yeast powder to carrot juice and mix well.
-
Pour into the bread flour and stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to ferment for 10 hours.
-
Ingredients for making the main dough: Chinese dough, bread flour, milk powder, sugar, eggs, salt, black currants, and olive oil.
-
Add medium-sized dough, bread flour, eggs, milk powder, and sugar to the bread bucket to start the dough mixing process.
-
Wash the blackcurrants and remove the stems and set aside.
-
When the dough forms, add salt and continue kneading.
-
When the dough becomes soft and smooth, add olive oil and continue kneading.
-
Once the oil has been completely absorbed into the dough, add the blackcurrants and knead for a few more minutes until evenly mixed.
-
Take out the dough, shape it, cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature.
-
When the dough has doubled in size and there are indentations when pressed with your hands, the dough is ready.
-
Move the dough to the board, knead to deflate, divide into three equal parts, roll into a round shape and let rest for 10 minutes.
-
Take a piece of dough, roll it into an oval, and fold the top and bottom thirds.
-
After rolling it out again, fold it gently until the width is about the same as the width of the mold. Make the other two doughs in sequence.
-
Put the dough into the toast mold and put it in the oven to ferment for 1:40 minutes.
-
When the dough reaches 80% of the mold, take it out. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and 170 degrees. After preheating is complete, bake the mold for 48 minutes. When the surface is golden brown, take it out of the oven. Let it cool and slice it before eating
