Overview
In the summer when appetite is low, it is best to have a refreshing salad; it is good as a cold dish or as a light meal. Don’t be misunderstood by misconceptions about doubanjiang. The aroma of doubanjiang doubled after being heated with hot oil; but if it is paired with "sour and salty" oil and vinegar to make a salad dressing, the aroma will be unmatched without stir-frying in hot oil.

Add chicken breast, onion, ginger, rice wine and cold water to the pot, cook for 10 minutes (lower heat after boiling), turn off heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Insert it with chopsticks and pull it out. If there is no blood coming out and condensation, it means it is fully cooked (the picture shows 2 chicken breasts, this article uses 1 piece)
