Ingredients: Luffa, garlic, red and green chili peppers, coriander.

Peel the loofah, cut into slices, boil water in a pot and steam for 3 minutes.

Chop the garlic into pieces, cut the red and green peppers into small pieces and put them in a bowl.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, salt, and chicken essence and stir evenly.

Cut the coriander into small pieces and set aside.

Take out the steamed loofah and let cool.
