Rock Sugar Tremella
Overview
The most traditional nourishing and moisturizing delicacy. Tremella fungus has always been known as the poor man's bird's nest. Its nourishing, moisturizing and beautifying effects have long been known to everyone. Generally, Tremella fungus is vegetarian, especially suitable for autumn and winter supplements. The only thing that needs attention is that in order for white fungus to nourish and moisturize, it must be cooked until it is thick and the gum must be fully cooked out. It takes less than three or four hours to use an ordinary casserole or cooking pot, so a pressure cooker is the best choice.
