Prepare sweet noodle sauce, garlic chili sauce, and ham sausage (I don’t have any ham sausage at home, so I just found a sausage)

Mince green onions; mince coriander; fry and heat ham; make flour into a paste (the thicker the roux, the pancakes will be thicker; the thinner the roux, the pancakes will be thinner) and filter it through a sieve to prevent gnocchi; dilute the sweet noodle sauce and garlic chili sauce with drinking water to prevent it from being too salty

Brush the pan with a thin layer of oil, turn on medium-low heat, use a cooking spoon (not a soup spoon) to scoop out an appropriate amount of batter

Scrape the batter flat, then beat in 2 eggs (of course you can also beat 1, according to personal preference), scrape and spread

When the eggs are almost completely cooked, add minced green onions, minced coriander and black sesame seeds

Flip over, evenly apply the sweet noodle sauce and garlic chili sauce, and top with the fried ham and steak
