Overview

My friend said that frying hairy crabs with ginger is very delicious. For the last three hairy crabs, I changed the way to eat them and fried them with ginger. They were different, fresh and fragrant. The original flavor of the hairy crabs was retained, and the taste of ginger and rice wine was more intense.

  1. Prepare all materials

  6. Place the hairy crabs, spread rice wine around the edge of the pot, spread oil around the edge of the pot, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt, cover the pot, and fry slowly over medium heat
