Egg Salad Sandwich
Overview
In order to allow the children to quickly eat meat, eggs and vegetables for breakfast, I specially made ginger toast and used it to make vegetable salad sandwiches. Put all the ham, eggs, and vegetables in it, so that children who are in a hurry to eat breakfast can eat various ingredients calmly to satisfy their nutrition for the whole morning.

Cook the eggs in advance and wash the vegetables. The ginger toast made in advance is specially made with a bread machine and is huge

Slice the toast and cut off all four sides.

Chop the lettuce and season it with a little salt

Squeeze out the water and mix it evenly with olive oil. This will prevent the lettuce from leaking water

Dice all the eggs, ham, and onions, and cut the eggs slightly larger

Put the ham, onions and lettuce together, add the salad dressing and mix well

Finally add the eggs and mix slightly.

Spread the mixed salad evenly on the toast slices

Cover with another piece, cut diagonally and serve on a plate.
