Hot cheese buns
Overview
The cheese buns that have been so popular all day have actually been stored in my camera for several months and I forgot to upload them. It’s not too late to upload them now. Check them out if you like them:

Put the liquid milk and egg liquid into the bread machine first

Add flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, and yeast (keep the salt away from the yeast)

Start the bread machine and knead the dough. After mixing for the first time, add softened butter and continue stirring

Glove film (if you take pictures with a SLR, you can only use a small piece of dough to unfold)

To exhaust the air, you need to rub it vigorously at this stage

Divide into 2 equal portions, roll into balls, and ferment for 15 minutes

Ferment in a warm place, cover with plastic wrap (about 45 minutes) and adjust the temperature accordingly

The fermented dough is sieved with dry flour

Preheat the oven 5 minutes in advance, set the upper and lower heat to 170 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes.

After baking, divide into four pieces

Pour cheese, milk, milk powder, and powdered sugar (amounts on the right side of the ingredient list) into a small basin

Whipped cheese (as shown in the picture)

Cut the bread like this (as shown in the picture, the bottom is not cut off), sandwich the cheese filling

Spread cheese around the edges

Sticky dry milk powder
