Black pepper beef jerky
Overview
This beef jerky is a combination of Chinese and Western flavors and methods. It uses black pepper commonly used in Western food as the main seasoning, and uses the Western roasting method to make your beef jerky very chewy. It is a healthy snack that can quickly replenish your physical strength.

Add star anise, Sichuan peppercorns and ginger and simmer for 40 minutes
