Ingredients: Rice (washed).

Pickles (washed).

Lean pork shreds.

Place the pickles on a chopping board and chop into pieces, set aside.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, and blended oil to the lean pork shreds and mix well.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the lean pork shreds and stir-fry until it changes color.

Then, add the pickles, stir-fry, and set aside.

Pour appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker and bring to a boil.

Then, add the rice and bring to a boil.

Cover, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Simmer until there is no air and then open the lid.

Then, add the fried pickles and lean pork shreds.

Stir and cook briefly, then add appropriate amount of chicken essence.
