Carrot and pork buns
Overview
Steamed buns stuffed with carrots and pork are very ordinary ingredients, but they taste delicious when steamed. Even the children who don’t like carrots ate two. Making stuffing is the best way to get kids to eat vegetables.

Use a food processor to mince the pork and onions. Add more onions here. I used about 100g. Add appropriate amount of oil, salt, pepper, ginger powder and oyster sauce into the stirred meat filling.

Mix well.

Crush the carrots in a food processor.

Pour into the mixed meat filling.

After stirring evenly, pour in about a spoonful of sesame oil

Mix again to form filling.

I used homemade dough and kneaded it with baking soda.

Divide into small dough pieces.

Roll it into a round cake and fill it with the mixed filling.

Make the buns.

Steam in a steamer for 15 minutes.
