Stir-fried Vermicelli with Baby Cabbage
Overview
Today I received an organic vegetable gift box from Beijing Cuipuyuan Organic Agriculture Co., Ltd., which contains organic cauliflower, lentils, baby cabbage, celery, tomatoes, grapes, and peppers. Baby cabbage is my favorite in this gift box, so I put it in first! Today I fried it with vermicelli and pork shreds. It tastes great. It would be even better if it is rolled into a pancake and eaten. Hehe.

First prepare the ingredients: baby cabbage, vermicelli, pork, onion and ginger.

Put the vermicelli into boiling water and count silently for 30 times, then take it out and rinse it with cold water to cool it down, then soak it in cold water and set aside.

Wash the baby cabbage, cut the cabbage ends and leaves into shreds separately, cut the pork into shreds, and cut the green onion and ginger into shreds and set aside.

Add 10ml of light soy sauce to the shredded pork and marinate it with your hands.

Heat the wok, add oil and stir-fry the shredded pork

After the pork shreds change color, add the onion and ginger and saute until fragrant

Then add the baby cabbage and stir-fry

When the vegetables become soft, add the vegetable leaves and stir-fry

Stir-fry for a few times, add the vermicelli to control the moisture and stir-fry

Then add 10ml dark soy sauce

Add another 2 grams of salt
