Soak dried fungus in cold water for 2 hours.

Remove the stems, wash them, boil them in boiling water for 20 minutes, take them out and set aside.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into small pieces.

Add white vinegar, sugar, salt, chicken essence, and green and red peppers to the basin.

Add the cooked fungus and refrigerate for 2 hours.

When wet, take it out and put it on a plate.
