Prepare materials.

Cut beef brisket into cubes.

Cut onions into cubes and set aside.

Cut carrots into hob pieces.

Blanch the beef brisket and set aside.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add an appropriate amount of olive oil to the pan, add onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
