Braised spring bamboo shoots in oil
Overview
Spring bamboo shoots are fresh and nutritious, containing sufficient water, rich plant protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other essential nutrients and trace elements for the human body. Cut the spring bamboo shoots into sections and blanch them in salted water for one minute, remove and drain. Place the pork belly in a pot under cold water, bring to a boil and remove it after one minute, then wash off the floating foam. Finely chop green onions.

Add ginger slices and scallions to hot pan with cold oil and sauté until fragrant.

Add pork belly, add cooking wine and stir-fry.

When the pork belly turns slightly yellow, add the spring bamboo shoots and stir-fry for a few times. Add half a bowl of water, cover the pot, bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for one minute.

After opening the lid, add sugar, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce, stir-fry until browned, then add minced green onions.
