The main ingredients were taken together, but the pork was omitted.

Cut them all into thick strips and cut the cabbage into sections.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork first.

Sauté the onions until fragrant, then add the carrots.

After ten minutes, when the juice is almost dry, you can taste it. Add salt and sugar to taste. (I don’t like spicy food very much, so I put some tomato sauce to neutralize the spiciness, but the color is still the same)
