Hot and sour potato shreds
Overview
I always wanted to fry it after watching it in a Chinese restaurant, but I forgot the steps and was too lazy to watch the replay, so I fried it in my own way. Unexpectedly, it was so well received that even my daughter who usually doesn’t eat chili started to eat it

Prepare materials

Cut potatoes into shreds and soak in water

Shred the green pepper and red pepper, shred the pickled pepper, and slice the garlic together. Do not throw away the pickling water

Add oil to the pot, add pickled pepper and garlic slices and stir-fry for a while

Pour in shredded potatoes

When the shredded potatoes are almost cooked, add green and red chili peppers
