Caterpillar Bread
Overview
Caterpillar bread full of childlike fun~~ I didn’t feel much when I made it, but when I took the photo, it felt like it was a caterpillar meeting hahaha~~ Ingredients: Main dough: 250g high-gluten flour, 140g milk, 30g egg liquid, 25g sugar, 3g yeast, 3g salt, 30g butter. Filling: appropriate amount of meat floss. Surface decoration: appropriate amount of egg liquid, appropriate amount of black sesame seeds

Pour all the main dough ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, then put the bucket into the bread machine and fix it, start the "dough" program, which includes two stages of kneading + fermentation. The default duration is 1:40

minutes after the program starts, add softened butter at room temperature

After kneading the dough, the program automatically enters the fermentation stage

Wait for the program to end and fermentation to be completed

Take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly to deflate the air

Divide into 8 parts

Roll into balls and let rest for 15 minutes

Take a piece of relaxed dough and roll it into a rectangular shape

After turning it over, cut one side into strips with a scraper

Put an appropriate amount of pork floss on the other side

Then roll up the dough and seal

Place the shaped dough into a baking pan and place it in a warm and moist place for final fermentation

Send to 1.5~2 times the size

Brush an even layer of egg wash on the surface

Then stick two black sesame seeds on one side of the dough to serve as eyes

Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes

Let cool out of the oven and then seal and store
