Baby version of fish floss
Overview
Ever since my little grandson was able to eat complementary foods and started eating snacks after he was one year old, I made almost all of the complementary foods and snacks by myself. It’s not that I don’t want to buy them, it’s mainly because I’m afraid that the ones I buy contain too many additives, and I’m also afraid of adding too much sugar and salt. Although it is a bit more troublesome to make it yourself, all the ingredients are hand-selected and there are no preservatives, so it is safe for your baby to eat. I have been making this kind of meat floss for my baby since he was one year old. He likes to put meat floss in his porridge, and he enjoys eating it even if he puts some meat floss in his small noodles. Now that the little guy is one year and 10 months old, he is no longer interested in meat floss. Now most of the meat floss is made for him to make bread and biscuits. He likes bread and biscuits made with meat floss. Because this pork floss is for babies, no salt or sugar is added. I just add a little extra soy sauce from June Fresh. Sometimes I add a little soy sauce for children. When I was making this, I just ran out of soy sauce for children, so I used super soy sauce instead. With a little snack from grandma, the baby will grow up healthily!

Steps

The frozen Longli fish fillets I bought are just fish meat without spines, so they are easy to make and you don’t have to worry about the spines hurting your baby
-
Thaw the fish at room temperature and wash it
-
You can’t add pepper, rice wine or other ingredients to remove the fishy smell when feeding your baby. I used white radish slices, scallions, coriander and ginger to remove the fishy smell
-
First boil the white radish slices, green onions, coriander and ginger in water for 2 minutes
-
Then add the fish and cook for about 7 minutes
-
Take out the cooked fish and control the water
-
Put the fish into the bread bucket and add a little extra soy sauce
-
Turn on the meat floss function key
-
Fry the meat floss until it is dry. If the meat floss is still wet after a meat floss function, use this function to fry it for a while. Drier meat floss is easier to store. There is color difference in the photos taken at night, and there is heat when it is hot, so the photos are not clear enough
