Fruit dumplings
Overview
Children love to eat fruit dumplings, but don’t eat too much at one time! That will cause bloating. Since it is made from glutinous rice, eat it in moderation

Steam the pumpkin and carrots, put them into a bowl, add sugar, stir evenly, pour in glutinous rice flour and knead into a ball

Knead them into small balls and set aside for later use. Prepare fruits. I used dragon fruit and papaya here. You can also use your favorite fruits

Bring water to a boil, add rock sugar and glutinous rice balls

Cook until the glutinous rice balls float, pour in the fruit and serve

A bowl of delicious fruit dumplings is ready. Made of glutinous rice, don’t eat too much at one time!
