Overview
Simple strawberry mille-feuille, a must-have dessert during the strawberry season! I just used up the leftover strawberry jam and cream from last time, and the strawberry jam I made is also super good!

Prepare materials.

Add eggs to powdered sugar and stir.

Add milk and corn oil and stir.

Sift in the flour and stir.

Sieve and refrigerate for half an hour.

Turn on low heat, spread out the pancakes, one side, bubble and serve.

One layer of pancakes, one layer of strawberry jam and cream, cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate overnight.
