Overview

The delicacies that have always been on my mind since I was a child have to be fried every once in a while, especially during the Chinese New Year. I remember when I was a child, I would wait around the pot for my mother to finish frying, and then I would quickly take one and stuff it into my mouth, not caring if it was hot.
