Golden coconut balls
Overview
Yesterday was Children's Day, and I made a snack for my baby in the evening. This shredded coconut ball has a crispy texture, full of coconut flavor, is golden and round, delicious and beautiful. The yolk of the free-range egg I used is very nutritious and my baby loves it.

Soften butter at room temperature.

Add powdered sugar and beat evenly

Add one egg yolk and beat evenly.

Mix coconut milk and cake flour evenly.

Mix the coconut flour and butter yolk paste into a dough.

Roll into small balls and place on baking sheet.

Put it in the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 170 degrees for 17 minutes.

Let cool and serve on a plate.
