Orange jelly
Overview
This jelly is made for my baby. It uses canned oranges that I made with rock sugar. The canned food was made before. There are no preservatives in the jelly, so it is safe for my children to eat. It is very convenient to make it directly from cans. If you don’t have homemade cans, you can use a ratio of 500 grams of orange segments to 100 grams of rock sugar, add an appropriate amount of water and cook it. After cooking, you can also let it cool before use.

Steps
-
The canned oranges I made before were stored in canning bottles. I took a relatively full bottle, the weight is 230 grams
-
Empty the can of oranges. Strain the juice into the milk pot.
-
Soak the gelatine sheets in ice water first. Be sure to use ice water, otherwise the gelatine will melt
-
Heat the filtered canned water to about 60 degrees over low heat, add the soaked gelatine slices, and stir until the gelatine slices are completely melted
-
Pour the orange segments into it as well
-
Pour into a container and let cool. You can also cover it and refrigerate it for more than 2 hours
-
Wait until the liquid has completely solidified. Just dig it in and eat it
-
You can also pour it out. You can make a lot of oranges by yourself. If you don’t like so many oranges, you can also increase the amount of liquid appropriately. However, it should be noted that 5 grams of gelatine tablets are generally mixed with 200-250 grams. If you make more, be sure to add more gelatine tablets.
