Stir-fried wolfberry sprouts
Overview
In spring, my mother picked a lot of wolfberry buds, blanched them, packed them in bags, and froze them for storage. You can continue to enjoy the delicacy of spring in other seasons! Take out the wolfberry sprouts and stir-fry them with onion, ginger, and chili powder. This is another quick and delicious dish that the family loves!

Steps
-
Prepared raw materials: thaw wolfberry sprouts in water, squeeze out water (use fresh wolfberry sprouts directly after blanching), shred ginger, and cut green onions into sections or shreds.
-
Heat the wok and add oil.
-
Add shredded ginger and green onion.
-
Stir-fry until flavourful.
-
Add wolfberry sprouts.
-
Stir fry (if the pot is too dry, pour an appropriate amount of boiling or warm water from one circle).
-
Add appropriate amount of chili powder.
-
Add salt.
-
It's ok if it feels warm, because the wolfberry buds are ripe.
-
Add thirteen spices, mix well and take out the pot.
-
Finished product. It looks better with a red pepper. If you don’t have it at home, I won’t put it in. I cook as I like.
