Wash the minced pork, drain the water, and marinate it with starch in advance.

Take another bowl and mix cold water and boiling water into an appropriate amount of warm water slightly higher than finger temperature. , add appropriate amount of salt, dissolve and set aside.

Put the lactone tofu into the egg liquid, then pour in an appropriate amount of the warm water you just prepared, and mix it slightly clockwise.

Steam in a pot of cold water over high heat for about 10 minutes. The time depends on the thickness of the steaming egg bowl and the amount of egg liquid. The egg liquid will solidify into a jelly-like consistency. It is recommended to use a thinner and shallower container to steam eggs, and do not use too much water. You can only judge by yourself how much water to use. Practice makes perfect.
