Mandarin fish, green onion, ginger, red pepper, steamed fish with soy sauce are ready

Slice the ginger, shred the red pepper, and shred the green onion (it’s okay to dice it, it just looks good)

Cut the sweet-scented osmanthus fish from both sides of the back, place it on a plate, add ginger slices and scallions

Put the prepared fish into the pot to steam, boil the water and steam for 7 minutes, taking 1 pound and 3 ounces as an example, it will take about 7 minutes, and add 1 minute for each additional 1 ounce

After steaming, take out the ginger slices and scallion segments and put them on top of the sliced scallions and red peppers
