Fried rice with oil residue
Overview
The crispy residue left after frying lard is oil residue. When I was a child, I loved frying lard at home. The lard is used to fry vegetables and the remaining residue is used to fry rice. It is very delicious. Let’s learn it together.

Take a bowl of leftover rice and break it up with a spatula.

Chop the oil residue with a knife.

Wash the cabbage and cut into shreds.

Heat the oil in a pan until it is 50% hot, add the oil residue and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Add rice and stir-fry evenly.

Crack the eggs directly in and place them on top of the rice.

Use a spatula to spread the eggs evenly around the rice and fry for about 2 minutes.

Add cabbage and stir-fry until cooked.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce to taste.
