Garlic cabbage vermicelli
Overview
Vegetarianism unlocks different and delicious vegetarian food. This time I use an ACA steam oven to steam it, or you can use a home steamer to steam it for 10 minutes.

Soak the vermicelli for 10 minutes.

To make the sauce, steam the fish with soy sauce, minced garlic, a little salt, fry the minced garlic, then pour in the sauce and stir evenly.

Soak the cabbage in water for 10 seconds. Take it out and pour the sauce into the vermicelli.

ACA steam oven, steam at 150° for 10 minutes.
