First, soak the gelatine sheets/powder in ice water until soft, then take them out and set aside.

Pour the milk, coconut milk, whipping cream, and caster sugar into a pot, heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves, then turn off the heat, then add the soaked gelatin flakes/powder, and stir until completely dissolved.

Pour the milk into the mold, cool and then refrigerate.

After the milk has solidified, take it out, cut it into pieces, dip it in coconut milk and put it back in the refrigerator to refrigerate. The finished product is ready.
