Fried Pancakes with Shredded Pork and Cabbage

My son likes fried pancakes, especially those fried with shredded pork and turnips, which are very delicious.

Cut the meat into shreds and set aside in a bowl.

Cut the flatbread into shreds and set aside.

Shred the cabbage and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded pork to 70% heat, stir-fry until color turns white, add minced green onions and minced ginger, stir-fry a few times.

Add shredded cabbage, stir-fry, then add salt, light soy sauce and other seasonings. Be careful not to add too much salt, because the cake itself is salty.

Stir-fry a few more times and add half a bowl of water, just a little more than the stir-fry.

Stir-fry a few times until the pancake is cooked, continue to stir-fry until the water is absorbed by the pancake, then stir-fry a few more times before serving.
