  3. Shred the cabbage and set aside.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded pork to 70% heat, stir-fry until color turns white, add minced green onions and minced ginger, stir-fry a few times.

  5. Add shredded cabbage, stir-fry, then add salt, light soy sauce and other seasonings. Be careful not to add too much salt, because the cake itself is salty.

  6. Stir-fry a few more times and add half a bowl of water, just a little more than the stir-fry.
