Knead the noodles first, pour boiling water into the oatmeal noodles, stir with chopsticks while pouring, stir until there is no dry noodles in the basin, and knead it into a dough while it is hot

Take a small piece of dough from the kneaded dough and knead it into fish with your hands

After all the fish is rubbed, put it into the steamer and steam it for five minutes

Wash and cut Chinese cabbage into sections

Cut tomatoes and onions into small pieces

Heat the oil in the pan, add tomatoes and onions and stir-fry until the tomato soup comes out, add the cabbage and continue to stir-fry

When the cabbage is almost cooked, add salt and soy sauce to taste, pour the steamed oatmeal and fish into the pot and stir-fry with the vegetables

Stir-fry until the fish is evenly coated in the soup, sprinkle with minced garlic, turn off the heat and serve on a plate
