Grilled Corn with Minced Pork
Overview
Zeatin is known as a longevity food and is rich in protein, fat, vitamins, trace elements, cellulose and polysaccharides. Although the nutritional value of corn is lower than that of other cereals, corn can contain isomaltooligosaccharide, which is the most outstanding prebiotic. Prebiotics are the food of probiotics and are closely related to the reproduction of probiotics in the human body, thus achieving a balanced state of intestinal flora and making the intestines healthy.
