  3. Cut the beef into shreds, then chop it with the back of a knife. It won’t taste so hard. I don’t like the meaty taste when marinated in cornstarch. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, peanut oil and salt to add flavor

  5. The rice is ready in about 7.8 minutes. When the porridge soup is thick, add beef and minced ginger
