All the ingredients, I forgot to include the green onions

Wash the rice and put it in a casserole and add an appropriate amount of water

Cut the beef into shreds, then chop it with the back of a knife. It won’t taste so hard. I don’t like the meaty taste when marinated in cornstarch. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, peanut oil and salt to add flavor

When the porridge boils, turn off the heat and watch it to see if it rolls out.

The rice is ready in about 7.8 minutes. When the porridge soup is thick, add beef and minced ginger

Boil beef for 2 minutes and add seasoned chopped green onion

Add peanut oil

Turn off the heat and wait a few minutes before serving the porridge
