Fried wild rice
Overview
Water bamboo, we usually call it (water melon), anyway, it’s called Faduoduo. I remember when I was a child, my parents planted a row beside the pond, and there would be enough to eat in the fall. Every time I look for the tenderest ones, break them off, remove the skin, and eat them raw. They taste fresh and slightly sweet. Wild rice is delicious with shredded pork and beans. You can also mix it with other ingredients according to your favorite taste, such as fungus, green pepper, etc...
