  1. Chop the onions and set aside. Chop the onions, ginger, and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the sliced pork and marinate for 20 minutes

  2. Heat the oil in the pot, add the meat slices and stir-fry until it changes color, take it out and set aside

  3. Add appropriate amount of oil to heat, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

  4. Add onions and stir-fry for a while

  5. Pour in the meat slices and continue to stir-fry

  6. Pour in two tablespoons of light soy sauce and half a tablespoon of vinegar, turn to medium heat and continue to stir-fry

  7. Add some pepper and salt

  8. Finally, add an appropriate amount of MSG, pour in sesame oil, and take it out of the pot
