Chop the onions and set aside. Chop the onions, ginger, and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the sliced pork and marinate for 20 minutes

Heat the oil in the pot, add the meat slices and stir-fry until it changes color, take it out and set aside

Add appropriate amount of oil to heat, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant
