This halal snack can be seen in the streets and alleys of Beijing. I learned how to make it two days ago, so I can eat authentic door-nail meatloaf at home.

Prepare beef filling.

Stir the dry yellow sauce and soy sauce.

Chop onions and stir in cooking oil.

Add minced ginger, salt, dried yellow sauce, pepper, pepper water, and five-spice powder to the beef filling, stir evenly, and add a little broth. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

Take out the meat filling and stir in the minced onions.

Mix well and make the stuffing live.

Prepare flour.

Add water and knead the dough, let it rest for 15 minutes.

Grind it into a potion.

Roll out into a round piece that is thick in the middle and thin around the edges.

Add oil to pan.
