Overview

The small bread is added with cream cheese and made into two plates; one plate is original and the other is filled with creamy caramel core filling. The finished product is very soft. Men can take one bite as long as they are willing to eat it. It is more suitable for the elderly and children. Paired with oatmeal or milk, it is nutritious and delicious. It is a good choice for breakfast or snacks.

  1. Put other ingredients except butter into the mixing bowl;

  2. Start the machine program and knead the dough until smooth;

  3. After adding butter, start the machine program and knead to the expansion stage (no need to knead out the glove film);

  4. Cover the top of the vat with plastic wrap and allow fermentation to not exceed 2.5 times the size of the vat;

  5. After fermentation, take out the dough, beat it to deflate the dough and divide it into 25 small pieces;

  6. Roll them into rounds and put them into molds (I made two portions here, and the other one was filled with caramel walnut filling!);

  7. Ferment until no more than 2 times in size, brush the surface with a layer of egg wash;

  8. Bake in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees and 190 degrees for no more than 20 minutes;
