After the flour is mixed, start to proof

Prepare a piece of fresh pork

First cut the pork into small cubes

Chop the pork into minced meat. I always think the meat I chop is delicious, so I am willing to work harder

Prepare minced onion and ginger

Add chopped green onions and ginger into the minced meat

Stir the meat filling until evenly mixed

Add fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper

Blanch the celery leaves in boiling water, rinse with cold water, drain and set aside

Chop the celery leaves into mince and add to the meat filling

Add MSG and salt and mix the meat filling thoroughly
