Steps

  1. Soak black fungus in warm water, cut green and red peppers into rings, and cut onions into shreds;

  2. Take a small bowl, add balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and mustard paste and mix well;

  3. Pinch off the root of the fungus, wash and break it into small florets, blanch it in a pot of water for one minute and then drain it into cold water;

  4. Pour the sauce into the bowl containing the fungus, add green and red pepper rings and onion shreds, and mix well.
