Brown sugar date rolls
Overview
Brown sugar contains about 95% sucrose, which retains more nutrients of sugar cane and is easier to be digested and absorbed by the human body. Therefore, it can quickly replenish physical strength and increase vitality, so it is also called the "chocolate of the East." Red dates, also known as jujubes, have very high vitamin content and are known as natural vitamin pills. They have the effect of nourishing yin and yang and replenishing blood.

Steps
-
First put 250 grams of water in the dough mixer, then 600 grams of flour, 6 grams of yeast, and 80 grams of brown sugar.
-
Remove the pits from 4 jujubes.
-
Cut into any number of portions.
-
Mixed dough.
-
Ferment until doubled in size. (Fermentation is very fast in summer, so be careful not to overferment. Use your fingers to press the dough. If it does not shrink back, it means it is fermented well)
-
The dough that has doubled in fermentation is stirred again for 10 minutes (to remove the steam). Take a small dough, roll it into a long strip and flatten it slightly. Gather the dates and roll them up into a long strip.
-
Finally, add some water to the edge.
-
Make the remaining brown sugar date rolls in sequence and place them in a greased drawer.
-
Re-ferment the dough (cover and ferment, 2 times in size)
-
Turn on high heat, steam for 13 minutes, turn off heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Ready to open and eat.
