The prawns are ready.

Remove shrimp threads, shrimp tentacles and shrimp snatch.

Wash and set aside.

Finely chop the garlic.

Pour tomato paste, white sugar, white vinegar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and salt into appropriate amount of water and mix well.

Add starch and mix well to make a sweet and sour sauce.

Put the prawns into the pot and fry slowly over medium heat.

Fry the skin on both sides until it is dry and add corn oil.

Add minced garlic and pour in sweet and sour sauce.

Simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes to add flavor and thicken the soup.
