Overview
I bought a lot of new molds on Double Eleven, and the waffle mold is one of them. In order to make the best use of the waffle iron, it is quite hard. I have been researching various waffle recipes these days and figured out a delicious recipe based on my own taste. It is worth a try~

Mix all ingredients except dried cranberries and black sesame powder and knead into dough. Ferment for one hour

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, roll into balls, and let rise for 20 minutes

Wrap the black sesame powder into the dough and close it like a glutinous rice ball.

Wrap the dried cranberries into the dough, wrap it up like glutinous rice balls, and set aside.

Preheat the mold over medium-low heat, add the wrapped dough and cover the mold. Heat for about 1 minute on each side, then flip. Heating for about 4-5 minutes in total, it's ready to go. After baking, place it on a cooling rack to cool. Do not stack it on a plate, otherwise the water vapor will not escape and affect the taste.
