Black bean noodles and cabbage dumplings
Overview
In the past, leeks were basically used to make dumplings whether they were meat or vegetarian. I always felt that leeks were delicious and easy to make. Just wash and cut the leeks. If you use other vegetables, you have to chop them or blanch them. It’s troublesome. Sunday When I went grocery shopping, I saw green cabbage and couldn't help but buy it back. I originally planned to stir-fry it, but then I thought about making it into dumpling stuffing and eating it. When making the noodles, I also added black bean noodles to give the dumplings a change of color and a change of taste.
