Cut the pork belly into thin slices and mix into meat filling. Add appropriate amount of peanut oil and mix well.

Also chop the cabbage, add salt and water, squeeze it dry and set aside.

Add dark soy sauce, five-spice powder, chopped green onion and oyster sauce to the filling, stir well in one direction and set aside.

I use the dough that has been woken up in advance to make pan-fried dumplings like hot noodles. It tastes good and I personally like it better.

Press flat and roll into a round shape and set aside.

Take an appropriate amount of filling and wrap it in the dough to form a dumpling shape.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the dumplings on one side until they are set, then mix a bowl of starch water with a ratio of 1 starch: 10 water.

Pour the starch water into the pot to cover 1/3 of the dumplings, then cover and cook until about 8-10 minutes.

The pan-fried dumplings should be moist enough to have a golden crunch on the bottom.
