  4. I use the dough that has been woken up in advance to make pan-fried dumplings like hot noodles. It tastes good and I personally like it better.

  6. Take an appropriate amount of filling and wrap it in the dough to form a dumpling shape.

  8. Heat oil in a pan and fry the dumplings on one side until they are set, then mix a bowl of starch water with a ratio of 1 starch: 10 water.

  9. Pour the starch water into the pot to cover 1/3 of the dumplings, then cover and cook until about 8-10 minutes.

  10. The pan-fried dumplings should be moist enough to have a golden crunch on the bottom.
