Prepare ingredients: fried tofu puffs, tomato sauce, tomatoes.

Chop the shallots (separate the white and green ones), cut the tomatoes into cubes, and cut the fried tofu into small bites (to help absorb the flavor of the soup).

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the white onions, add the tomato cubes and stir-fry.

Pour in the tomato sauce.

Stir fry evenly.

Add salt to enhance the flavor.

Pour in water starch to thicken.

Cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn to high heat to reduce the juice.
