Chicken Steak with Black Pepper and Orange Sauce

Simple and delicious chicken cutlets. Adding onions and fresh oranges when marinating gives the chicken steak a very special aroma.

Remove the chicken breast from the center.

Chop the chicken loosely with the back of a knife.

Place in a bowl and add diced onion and black pepper.

Add barbecue sauce.

Squeeze the juice and pulp from the orange.

Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat a frying pan with some olive oil.

Dip the marinated chicken into wet starch.

Coat with another layer of bread crumbs.

Place in a frying pan and fry until cooked. Serve with shredded cabbage and serve.
