The bread machine is finished, the fluffiness needs to be improved

Put the food mixer back into the mixer and stir at low speed to release some heat. Then add the lid and turn on the high speed for about 5 minutes (or medium-high speed, about 10 minutes without the lid) to reach a satisfactory level of fluffiness. Let it cool completely and store it in an airtight seal ^_^ If you don’t have a chef machine, this step can be omitted, but the fluffiness will be slightly worse
