Main ingredients.

Soak the beef in cold water for about 2 hours, changing the water twice.

Potato hob, cut onion into strips.

Blanch the beef in cold water until it changes color, remove and set aside.

Prepare bay leaves, peppercorns, cinnamon and garlic.

Heat oil, add ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant.

When fragrant, add beef and stir-fry.

Heat water and make light soy sauce.

Bring water to a boil over high heat, add sweet noodle sauce or soybean paste, appropriate amount of rock sugar, then reduce heat and simmer for an hour.

Add potatoes, salt and simmer until mature. Finally, add some green pepper to enhance the flavor and simmer for a while.

When it comes out of the pan, there is a little bit of beef and you can’t even see it 😂, but it’s delicious.
